Ken Strachman

Ken Strachman has over 35 years in the software development industry. Starting as an Applications and Systems Programmer using assembly language as well as high level languages such as COBOL, Fortran and C, he has worked as a Software Test/QA Manager and a Project Manager. He recently was contracted by American Express as an Internet Integration Project Manager.

Ken’s impressive background spans over 30 years with Honeywell/Bull in their software development organizations. This included Development, QA and Management/Project Management positions in areas such as Operating Systems, Interactive Software, Data Base and Language Development.

After leaving Bull World Wide Information Systems (a Honeywell software development division was incorporated into Bull in the 1990s), he worked for RCG Information Technology as a Project Manager. This included a Y2K consulting job at Samaritan Health System (now Banner) managing a Test Assessment and Planning Project for all critical applications including mainframe, client server and desktop. An additional assignment was at CCN in San Diego defining their Y2K deliverable process.

Ken is now on the staff of meister.NET using his vast technical background and experience to insure that all client projects are completed with Customer Satisfaction as the primary consideration.
